Online procurement is currently pending payment processor approval and internal compliance review. VEXA Biotech will activate online purchasing tools only after approval from an appropriate payment processing partner and completion of internal compliance review.
Inquiry review
Qualified research buyers may submit procurement inquiries. VEXA Biotech may review buyer qualification before processing and may request additional business, institutional, credential, identity, shipping, or research-use verification.
Refusal, delay, or cancellation rights
VEXA Biotech may refuse, delay, cancel, or decline any order inconsistent with research-use-only requirements, applicable law, company policy, documentation status, fraud controls, shipping restrictions, or processor requirements.
Payment handling
Payment information, when applicable, is processed only through an approved PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. VEXA Biotech does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
No guarantee of acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, shipment, pricing, or future availability. Products without finalized documentation may be held from online procurement until review is complete.
Fraud and policy controls
VEXA Biotech may restrict repeat submissions, suspicious accounts, reshipment abuse, refund abuse, attempted policy circumvention, identity mismatch, unverifiable buyer details, prohibited-use concerns, or shipping details inconsistent with research-use-only requirements.
